Abstract

The maintenance of the widows, orphans, the poor and needy people in the society and meeting their needs is basically the responsibility of the government of the time. The government should establish a special fund for all such persons and provide for their needs. Also, children are the architects of the future, it is important to give them good education and training from childhood to make them members of society. If the need is felt and the child has the ability, there is scope for teaching him a skill and placing him with an artist for training. Sometimes the child's mind is not inclined to study, such children are engaged in skillful, hard work and work by the guardians. So that the importance of education arises in their hearts and they understand the benefits and fruits of education and they are willing to study after seeing the difficulties faced in labor.
Keeping these aims and objectives in mind, it is permissible to send a child to someone for labor in order to teach them a skill. However, there are some limitations and conditions for this, which must be taken into account. In this article, we will examine the existing laws regarding the employment and work of children in Pakistan from an Islamic point of view.
